With over three decades of dynamic, purpose-driven experience, I’ve built a career rooted in service, strategy, and solutions. I’m Monique, the founder of Do More With Mo, where I empower individuals, organizations, and visionaries to bring their goals to life—whether that means launching a business, structuring a nonprofit, securing funding, or cultivating sustainable learning environments.

My journey spans 30 years in business formation and nonprofit development, with extensive service on Boards of Directors shaping mission-focused organizations. I bring 20 years of grant proposal writing expertise, helping clients secure funding, along with 15 years of learning design and 20 years of teaching experience, I am dedicated to making complex ideas accessible and actionable.

In parallel, I’ve provided 26 years of executive assistant and human resources administration service to small businesses, excelling in organizational leadership, compliance, and team development. Academically, I hold a bachelor’s in Sociology, a masters in Human Services Administration(MHUS), two master’s degrees in education, one in Instructional Media Design and another in Instructional Leadership and Cognitive Science, as well as a Juris Doctorate in Law, reflecting my commitment to both practical guidance and intellectual rigor.
